How I work.
Clean architecture over short-term hacks.
A shortcut that saves time today becomes debt six months later. Finding the right abstraction and investing there is usually cheaper.
Interfaces should be obvious, fast and usable.
The best interface is one users don't have to think about. A calm-looking screen has a serious decision process behind it.
A product isn't finished when it works.
The real test is someone else touching the code six months later. If it doesn't stay maintainable, it isn't done.
Practical delivery matters as much as technical quality.
Shipping the right thing on time beats chasing perfect. Engineering that protects business value.
