Before you consent
When you open the site, no cookie is set, nothing is stored in your browser and no request goes to any third-party server. Fonts and images are served from this site itself.
Like any web server, the server hosting this site may keep technical logs such as IP address, time and requested address for a limited time to serve the request. These are processed only to run and secure the service, on the basis of legitimate interest.
Purpose and legal basis
Preference and analytics data rely solely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), KVKK Art. 5/1). Analytics is used to understand how the site is used and to improve its content; never for advertising or profiling.
The consent record is necessary to remember your choice and to be able to show that consent was given.
Transfers
If you accept analytics, visit data (page views, device and browser details, approximate location derived from your IP address) is transferred to Google LLC and its affiliates and processed on servers abroad, including in the US. This transfer also relies on your consent. No data is shared with anyone else.
Changing your choice
Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page to change your choice at any time. If you withdraw analytics consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted and the page reloads.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or erasure, object to processing and seek compensation for damage. Send requests to info@lvntr.dev; they are answered within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
